Norman Hubert Curtice Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1941 - 2015 Norman Hubert Curtice, 73, of Silsbee passed away September 25, 2015 at Harbor Hospice in Beaumont. Mr. Curtice was born October 13, 1941 in Port Arthur and was a longtime resident of Silsbee. Norman is preceded in death by his parents Norman Hubert and Janie Lunette Smith Curtice; and wife Glenda Curtice. Survivors include Stepson Mike Grisham and wife Karen of Longview.
