Lois Wanda Skaggs Ward Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1928 - 2015 Lois Wanda Skaggs Ward, 87, of Huntington, WV, passed away September 30, 2015. She was born June 14, 1928, in Huntington, a daughter of the late William and Bessie Salyer Skaggs. She was also preceded in death by her husband, George Monroe Ward; two daughters, Donna Kay Campbell and Beverly Sue Clagg; brothers, Bill and Carl Skaggs and one sister, Barbara Ann Goss. She is survived by one son, Anthony Allen “Butch” Howard and his wife Frances; two sisters, Peggy Davis and Connie Davis; two brothers, Bernard Skaggs and Phillip Skaggs; seven grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren, and four great great grandchildren. The family would like thank Hospice of Huntington and her wonderful caregivers, Lawona, Andrea, Susie and Penny. Visitation will be from 12 to 1:30 p.m. Saturday, October 3, 2015 at Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville. Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at White Chapel Memorial Gardens Mausoleum by Brother Mark Easton. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/wallace.

I worked with Lois at the board of education for many years. She was a wonderful lady. My thoughts and prayers go out the family.
