Even those of us who work with words every day never know what to say at a time such as this. Let me say only that Norma and I will keep Carolyn in our prayers.

Doug (and family), my deepest, sincerest condolences on the loss of your mom. She was a truly wonderful, gracious woman and I know how proud she was of you. Everyone who ever knew her will miss her. I will certainly send a donation in her name to the branch of the Alzheimer's Association the family has specified. Hope to see you soon for a happier occasion. Steve
