Franklin Avon Fountain
Funeral services for Franklin Avon Fountain, 81, of Buna will be 11:00 am Thursday, October 22, 2015 at Central Baptist Church in Buna with interment to follow at Morse Cemetery under the direction of Farmer Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm Wednesday October 21, 2015 at the funeral home.
Mr. Fountain passed away Monday October 19, 2015 at his residence.
He was born in Fred and was a longtime resident of Buna. He was a member of the Ironworkers Union Local 125 and he loved to hunt and fish.
F.A. is preceded in death by his parents, his brothers and sisters.
Survivors include wife JoElla Fountain of Buna; sons Kirk Fountain and wife Kayla of Broaddus, Nick Fountain and wife Rhoda of Buna, Ben Fountain and wife Jane of Roganville, Barry Fountain and wife Cristi of Buna; eight grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
