V. Louise Bowen, 85, of Miller, Ohio passed away Tuesday, October 20, 2015 at Heritage Center, Huntington, WV. She was born March 15, 1930 in Scottown, Ohio daughter of the late Roy Elmer Daniels and Lydia Mae Bowen Daniels Pyne. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband James “Okey” Bowen; and one sister Frances M. Henry. She was a homemaker and a member of Ohio Valley Church of Christ in Miller. She is survived by a son Robert K. Adams of South Point, Ohio; three daughters Pam McCarty of Tennessee, Linda L. Ward France of Proctorville, Ohio, and Kathy S. Young Fitzpatrick of Miller, Ohio; nine grandchildren; many great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and lots of wonderful friends. Funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. Saturday, October 24, 2015 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio by Pastor Jerry Galloway. Burial will follow in Miller Cemetery, Miller, Ohio. Visitation will be held 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday, October 24, 2015 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio.
