Johnny Leon Eason Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1933 - 2015 Funeral services for Johnny Leon Eason, 82, of Silsbee will be 2 pm Tuesday, October 27, 2015 at Farmer Funeral Home with Masonic graveside services following in Cunningham Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 pm until 8 pm Monday at the funeral home. Mr. Eason passed away October 23, 2015 at Pine Arbor Healthcare in Silsbee. A native and lifelong resident of Silsbee, Leon was retired from Texaco Refinery and proudly served his country in the US Army. Mr. Eason is preceded in death by his parents, John C and Idell Gore Eason, wife Sarah Jenkins Eason and sister Opal Nugent. Survivors include his son Wade Eason of Silsbee; daughter Sabrina Dodd of Silsbee; brothers Robert Eason of Beaumont and Jerry Eason of Silsbee; sister Vivian 'Susie' Rashall of Nederland and granddaughter Cathryn Dodd of Houston.

I did not know of Leon's passing, I would have attended funeral. I have fond memories of him. I hope God gave all the family peace.
