Funeral services for Doris Gober Felps, 89, of Silsbee will be 2:30 pm Sunday November 1, 2015 at Farmer Funeral Home with interment to follow at Fellowship Cemetery in Warren. Visitation will be Saturday October 31, 2015 from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm at the funeral home.
Mrs. Felps passed away October 29, 2015 at Calderwood Nursing Home in Beaumont.
She was born April 16, 1926 in Tyler County and was a longtime resident of Silsbee.
Mrs. Felps is preceded in death by her parents William Lewis and Freddie A. Read Gober; and husband Allen O. Felps.
Survivors include sons Lon Felps and wife Kathy of Lumberton, Daniel Wayne Felps and wife Debbie Lauderdale of Austin, Lyndon Bryan Felps of Black Mountain, NC; daughter Pamela King and husband Kevin of Winnie; grandchildren Blake Hill, Tommy Felps, Kris King and wife Stacey, Kayla King, Will Felps, Eliza Byington.
She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
