Billy Kendall Ross, 69, of Milton, WV, passed away Thursday, October 29, 2015. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Monday, November 2, 2015 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville by Pastor Gary Wilson. Burial will be in Enon Cemetery. He was born February 21, 1946 in Cabell County, WV, a son of the late John and Elma Weaver Ross. He was a veteran of the United States Army having served during the Vietnam War. He is a member of the American Legion and VFW. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one niece, Emmylou Prichard and two brothers, Terry Ross and John Ross. He is survived by his wife Judy Ross; one daughter and son-in-law, Amy and Mark Lovejoy; and two sisters and brothers-in-law, Charlotte and Ronnie Napier and Sheila and Kent Kuhn; two grandchildren, Christopher and Kimmie Lovejoy; and a host of friends, nieces and nephews. Judy and Amy, thank you for loving my brother. Thank you for taking care of him. I know it has been difficult and heartbreaking to see him get sicker and sicker but you did a beautiful job. Mom and Dad would tell you that they were so proud to have you as their daughter in law and grand daughter. I love you both.
