Mark Alan Willis, 47, of South Point, Ohio walked into the arms of Jesus on Sunday, November 1, 2015. He was born November 3, 1967 in Huntington, WV. He was preceded in death by his father Tommy Jeff Willis and his nephew Jason Willis. He is survived by his wife Paula L. Ramey Willis; his mother Iva Jean Singer Willis; two children Mark A. Willis, II and Amber L. Willis; two brothers Tommy Jeff Willis, Jr and sister-in-law Janet Willis of Montezuma, GA; Michael E. Willis and sister-in-law Teresa Willis of Proctorville, Ohio; nephew Andrew Willis of Macon, GA; niece Megan Willis of Proctorville, Ohio; one special great niece Fallon Skye Willis of Proctorville, Ohio; mother-in-law Audrey Mays of Grove City, Ohio; father-in-law Kenneth and Glenna Ramey of South Point, Ohio; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was a member of Sybene Missionary Baptist Church and a 1986 FHS graduate. He worked as a rural route carrier for the United States Postal Service in Ironton, Ohio for four years and prior to that worked in the Proctorville area. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Thursday, November 5, 2015 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio with Pastor D.L. Webb officiating. Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery, Proctorville, Ohio. Visitation will be held 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at the funeral home. Flowers will be accepted but please consider making a memorial donation to the American Cancer Society or Sybene Missionary Baptist Church building fund. Mark was the best "big brother" a girl with no big brother of her own could ask for when we were growing up. Mom (Marsha) and I are praying for peace and comfort for your family.
