Tracy Warren Nicely, 46, of Chesapeake, Ohio passed away Saturday, October 31, 2015 at home. He was born March 21, 1969 in Huntington, WV son of Gene and Willa Elkins Nicely of Chesapeake, Ohio. In addition to his parents he is survived by one daughter Tamara (Jason) Russell of South Point, Ohio, one son Coty W. Nicely of South Point, Ohio, and their mother Teresa Thacker; two grandchildren Kaidan and Brantley; three brothers Greg G. Nicely of Chesapeake, Ohio, Mark E. Nicely of Hilliard, Ohio and Jamie R. Nicely of Proctorville, Ohio; one sister Shannon M. Badalamenti of Burton, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews. He was a disabled U.S. Army veteran and served as a member of the 82nd Airborne. Funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. Thursday, November 5, 2015 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio by Pastor Eddie Salmons. Burial will follow in Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller, Ohio. Proctorville V.F.W. Post 6878 will conduct military graveside rites. Visitation will be held 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Thursday, November 5, 2015 at the funeral home. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/hall.

So sorry for the loss of Tracy, I watched him walk up and down the road all summer, so sad he had to die so young, prayers for the whole family, I know Greg will really miss him, God be with you Willa, God bless the whole family during this sad time.
