Carl Timothy BradyCarl Timothy Brady “Timmy”, 66, of Huntington, WV, after years of proudly serving his country, passed away peacefully to join the Lord on Monday, November 2, 2015 at St. Mary’s Hospital. Carl was born December 2, 1948 in Huntington, WV. A service will be on November 10th at 11:00 am at Woodmere Memorial Park, Huntington, WV. He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl C. and Madgelene Hatten Brady and one brother Lonnie Allen Brady. In addition to his family Carl was also preceded in death by a very dear friend, John Marvin Morris. Carl is survived by his wife Sabra Perego Brady; two sons James Christopher Brady and Robert David Brady; both of Huntington WV; two daughters, Amber M. Perego (Joe) Grose, of Hurricane, WV. and Kristin D. Perego (David) Meadows of Huntington ,WV.; two brothers James M. and Sandra Brady of Barboursville, WV, Daniel L. Brady and Susan Brady of Chesapeake, Ohio; and nine grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Carl was a very patriotic person, a Marine Veteran, he served during the Vietnam war and received 2 meritorious promotions for combat. Carl was a member of VFW Post 1064, DAV Chapter 2 and American Legion. He worked for the VA Regional Office, Disabled American Veterans, and the west end Sign Art shop. Carl loved to spend time outdoors hunting, fishing and camping. Carl will be missed by his family and friends. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio is in charge of arrangements.
