We are so sorry for your loss. I really enjoyed being a teacher while Robbie was an administrator on the Laura Reeves campus. She was loved and respected by all.

It has been said that success is not measured by the destination, but by the journey. Robbie shared with me that The Lord was carrying her during this journey. She so bravely traveled the path because she rested in knowing her destination.
I will miss her greatly.

After looking over the condolences that have already been posted it just reinforces what I knew to be true….Ms. Reeves was truly a remarkable person and an awesome principal….I was a teacher and coach for 25 years. I was fortunate to be hired by Ms.Reeves in my last year before I retired. She hired me for the 2007-2008 school year as PE Teacher @ Kirby Elementary….having worked with over 15 principals throughout my career, she was without a doubt one of the best…I only had her as a principal for 1 year, but what an impression she left upon me….As a principal she was so dedicated to her school, her staff and most importantly to her students…On a personal level she was so supportive of the PE Program… She let me do my job and made sure I had the necessary resources to have a top notch program….As a teacher one of the most important aspects to be successful is to be backed by a strong principal who believes and trusts you, that was just one of her many strengths, but one of the most important and because of that she was so loved and respected by her staff…..As the other condolences have stated; As a person she was caring, she was kind and most of all she was genuine…I am blessed to have had the opportunity to work for Ms. Reeves…..Silsbee ISD has lost a great administrator, KIrby Elementary has lost a great leader, the students @ Kirby have lost a loving principal and everyone else that knew her have lost a truly awesome person….
We all are saddened by her passing, my thoughts and prayers go out to the family….The family should know this, her memory and the example she set will live on in those that had the privilege to know her…
May GOD bless the family during this difficult time.

I worked with Robbie many years ago at Spurger ISD. She was such a sweetheart and dedicated teacher. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.

Lynda and Jola, my heart breaks for you both at the loss of Robbie. She was an awesome woman and cancer warrior. She was a inspiration to so many people not only in her daily life but her battle with cancer. Her memory will live on and we will continue to fight in her honor and memory. She is now resting in the arms of our savior and rejoicing in paradise. May God give you both strength and peace as you walk this last journey with your sister as you lay her to rest. Love you both.

words can not begin to express the love and admiration i had for Ms. Reeves. she was the best, all kids, and parents loved her dearly. she taught myself in
Spurger and my kids and one of my granddaughters in Silbee. She was truly a geniune person who cared about everyone. she will be missed greatly. my heartfelt condolences go out to her family in this time. She has no more pain. We love you Ms Reeves, Terry, Hope, Katy, Kayla, Chelsea, and Marissa . rest easy now.
