 Billy Ray Moore, 72, of Crown City, Ohio passed away Thursday, November 26, 2015 at The Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington, WV. He was born February 23, 1943 in Huntington, WV son of the late Raymond and Phyllis Payne Moore. He is survived by his wife Theresa “Terry” Brown Moore; children Laura “Shelly” Moore (Mike Jarvis) and Erica Grimmett (Paul); grandchildren Jonathan Midkiff, Kayla Wiseman (Drew), Will Wiseman, Isaac Wiseman and Cade Grimmett; mother and father-in-law Walter “Bill” and Loretta “Alma” Brown; siblings James Moore, Janie Ferguson (Ronnie), David (Jeanie) Moore, Diane Edwards (Michael), Jimmy (Tammy) Moore, Joyce Hazlett, Michael (Brenda) Moore and Judy (Tommy) Hefner; several nieces and nephews; and so many special friends. Funeral service will be conducted 1 p.m. Sunday, November 29, 2015 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio. Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery, Proctorville, Ohio. Visitation will be held 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday, November 28, 2015 at the funeral home. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/hall. |

Terry and family, I'm so sorry for your loss, Billy was a very special guy, he will be missed by SO many , I'm glad I have all those memories of us growing up , if there's anything you need let us know ,love you all
