Charlie Faye Robert Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1924 - 2015 Funeral services for Charlie Faye Day Robert, 91, of Spurger will be 2:00 pm Sunday January 3, 2016 at Farmer Funeral Home with interment to follow at Franks Branch Cemetery. Visitation will be 12:00 pm until service time Sunday. Mrs. Robert passed away December 31, 2015 at Silsbee Oaks Healthcare. She was born in Lillard, Texas and was a longtime resident of Spurger. Mrs. Robert is preceded in death by her parents Frank Arvel and Elizabeth Tanton Day; husband Elmer Robert; daughter Sandra Elizabeth Robert; brother Arvel “Bud” Day; sisters Helen Jones and Hazel “Tom” Jones. Survivors include sons Frank Robert and wife Cynthia of Silsbee, Rusty Robert and wife Delores of Spurger and Doug Robert and friend Christie Walker of Spurger; sisters Shirley Domingue of Rayne, LA and Buelah Fay “Boots” Fry of Port Neches; eight grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren. Mrs. Robert will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Mrs. Robert & my Mother were roommates in the nursing home in 2013. They were born the same year and I loved getting to know her. She was so spunky ! I know she will be missed by her 3 sons. Prayers for all of you as you learn to live without your Mom. I feel blessed to have had my Mom to the age of 89. God bless your family.
