NORMA LEE SUTPHIN, 69, of Ona, passed away Saturday, January 16, 2016 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday, January 20, 2016 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, by Minister Ronnie Wright. Burial will be in Forest Memorial Park, Milton. She was born June 11, 1946, in Glenwood, a daughter of the late Willie and Bessie Waugh Scarberry. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Elvin Sutphin. She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Darren and Tammie Sutphin of Barboursville; one sister, Sue Wissle of Florida; one brother, Billy Scarberry; three grandchildren, Lindsie Clatworthy, Brier Riggs, and Brody Riggs; and seven great-grandchildren, Natalie Sellards, Cooper Riggs, Maddyson Riggs, Maycee Riggs, Noah Riggs, Charity Riggs, and Jasher Riggs. She will be sorely missed by her friends and family. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville.
