Funeral services for Alva Inez McNeely, 86, of Silsbee will be 2:00 pm Tuesday January 26, 2016 at Farmer Funeral Home with interment to follow at Franks Branch Cemetery in Fred. Visitation will be Monday from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
Ms McNeely passed away January 23, 2016 at Harbor Hospice in Beaumont.
She was born May 18, 1929 in Spurger and was a longtime resident of Silsbee.
Inez is preceded in death by her parents Steve and Minnie Lock Hooks; husband James Edward McNeely; daughter-in-law Linda Ann “Duck” McNeely and twin great grandsons Dalton and Ethan Marshall.
Survivors include sons Toonie McNeely of Spurger, Tommy McNeely and wife Terri of Fred; daughters Sharon Bryan of Silsbee, Linda Guillot and husband Jimmy of Orange; sister Joann Jenkins of Silsbee; six grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
Mrs. McNeely will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
