So sorry for your loss, Phillips was my boss at the Board of Elections and not a finer couple have I ever known. Pat always had a smile and kind word for everyone and made this World a better place. She is now in Heaven with her much loved husband and family members and God has gained another Angel. I was so lucky to have known them both !

Steve, please know that you and your family are in my thoughts during this challenging time. During my life in Proctorville, I remember how very kind your parents were and how they made such an impact on that community. Prayers to you and yours.
