Jackie had an amazing love for Jesus Christ and faithfully attended Friendship Baptist Church. She had passion for Southern Gospel Music and often went to shows with her sister and friends. She made such a difference in people’s lives that she touched. Jackie enjoyed gardening, flowers, cooking, shopping, and spending time with her dog, Foxy, and cat, Mr. Willie. But Jackie’s most special gift was the extraordinary love she had for all children and the difference she made in so many of their lives.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Bud and Emma Caraway, her son Jerry Gregory, her brother Tom Caraway, and sister, Alice Brown.

Her husband of 65 years, Joe Murray Gregory survives her, along with her son, Gary Gregory and wife Debbie of Beaumont; her sister Juanita Shaffer of Silsbee; her sister Geneva Miller and husband Gene of Nederland. In addition, her grandchildren Lance Gregory, Leah Gregory, Jordan Rodden, and great grandchild Emily Rodden survive her. She is also survived and will be terribly missed by her extended family, Brandon, Blake, and Blair Brooks, Mallory Long, and longtime friend, Alice Ashy.

Visitation will be Monday, February 15 from 5:00-8:00pm at Farmer Funeral Home 415 North 4th Street, Silsbee, TX. Funeral service will be held Tuesday, February 16 at 2:00 p.m. also at Farmer Funeral Home.
