Funeral services for Ethel Denice Laurent, 57, of Spurger will be 10:00 AM Tuesday February 16, 2016 at Farmer Funeral Home with interment to follow at Turner Branch Cemetery in Spurger. Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM Monday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Laurent passed away February 11, 2016 at Tyler County Hospital.
She was a native of Jasper and had lived in Spurger for over 40 years.
Ethel is preceded in death by her father James H. Bingham.
Survivors include mother and step father Ethel Odom Davis and Billy Joe Davis of Dam B; husband Herman Laurent Sr. of Spurger; sons Herman J. Laurent Jr. and wife Melissa, and Joshua A. Laurent and wife Brittany all of Spurger; daughter Ashley Laurent of Spurger; brother James A. Bingham and wife Sheila of Silsbee; sister Lisa Gay Richard and husband Todd of Spurger; grandchildren Derek A. Laurent, Christian T. Laurent, Jeff Chaison, Justin Chaison, Jake Chaison, Taylor Laurent, Kaiden Laurent, and Brittley C. Laurent.
Mrs. Laurent will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
