Jerry Wayne Spurlock, 42, of Skiatook, Oklahoma, passed away February 27, 2016. Jerry was born on August 31, 1973 in Kirbyville, Texas.
He is survived by his daughters Meaghan and Amelia Spurlock of Skiatook, Oklahoma; parents Homer and Patsy Spurlock of Silsbee and Dennis and Linda Campbell of Silsbee; grandmother, Versia Mullins of Warren, Tx; siblings, Tina Collier (Michael) of Rogersville, Missouri, Judy Stephens (Robert) of Fred, Johnny Spurlock of Kountze, Evelle Jacks (Herbert) of Silsbee, Dennis Wade Campbell (Melody) of Silsbee, Amanda Bradford (Herb) of Buna, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Jerry is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Angela Isam Spurlock of Skiatook, Oklahoma.
Services are under the direction of Farmer Funeral Home in Silsbee, Texas. The family will receive visitors on Thursday, March 3 from 5-8 pm at Farmer Funeral home. Service will be Friday, March 4, 2016 at 2:00 at Farmer Funeral Home in Silsbee, with interment following at Frank's Branch Cemetery in Fred.
