Royce Franklin McDonie Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1932 - 2016 Royce Franklin McDonie, 83, of Milton, went home to be with his Lord on Friday, March 11, 2016 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. He was born August 8, 1932, in Cabell County, W.Va., a son of the late Tom and Blanche McDonie. He is also preceded in death by his first wife, Emma Erwin McDonie; one son, Michael McDonie; one daughter, Debra McDonie Johnson; and one grandson, Joshua McDonie. He is survived by his wife of 50 years Patricia Johnson McDonie; sons, Mark and Misha McDonie and Jon and Sherry McDonie; one sister, Eloise McDonie; two brothers, Gene McDonie and Jim McDonie; seven grandchildren, Jodie McDonie (Brian Kienenberger), Michelle McDonie, Benjamin McDonie (Bridget), Stephanie Vulhop (Andy), Michael Patrick McDonie, Daniel McDonie and Jamie Lee Peters; and 12 great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Monday at White Chapel Memorial Gardens Mausoleum with Pastor Mark Finley officiating. Friends may visit one hour prior to the service on Monday at the cemetery. Wallace Funeral Home, Milton is assisting with arrangements. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be sent to the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. Online condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/wallace.
