A gathering of family and friends to celebrate the life of Albert Edward ‘Ed’ McBroom will be 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm Friday, March 25, 2016 at Kelly Watkins Funeral Home in Beaumont.
Mr. McBroom was born August 28, 1925 in Olla LA to Albert and Lela Wise McBroom. He passed away March 23, 2016 at Harbor Hospice in Beaumont.
Ed was a longtime resident of Beaumont. He worked as a route manager for Coca Cola before retiring and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.
Mr. McBroom is preceded in death by his parents; son Dan McBroom and sister Laverne McCuistion.
Surviving him are his son Ronald McBroom of Beaumont; daughter Debbie Woodward of Beaumont; grandchildren Melissa Ashworth of Las Vegas and Cody Woodward of Beaumont and great granddaughter Cadence Ashworth.
