Millard Leland “Lee” Rose, 75, of Scottown, Ohio passed away Saturday, March 26, 2016 at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington, WV. He was born August 13, 1940 in Scottown, Ohio son of the late Millard and Marjorie Rose. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two sons Kevin and Keith Rose; one sister Patty Frederick; one granddaughter Heather Stanley; and one great granddaughter Kamdyn Bundy. He was a retired auto body repairman. He is survived by his wife Angela Ferris Rose; three sons Leland Matthew (Amber) Rose of Ironton, Ohio, Gregory Rose and Glen Rose both of Scottown, Ohio; one daughter Karen (Paul) Murdock of Scottown, Ohio; adopted daughter Shauna Brammer Rose; eight grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; mother-in-law Christine Ferris of Kitts Hill, Ohio; sister-in-law Glynda (Tim) Hilgenberg of Edison, Ohio; brother-in-law Larry (Rhoda) Ferris of Wasilla, Alaska; and many nieces, nephews and friends. Our sweet Lillee filled the last 16 months with much happiness. Per his request there will be no services. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio is in charge of arrangements.
