Paul Herbert Baldwin, 75, of Willow Wood, Ohio passed away Saturday, March 26, 2016 at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington, WV. He was born October 13, 1940 in Willow Wood, Ohio son of the late Alva and Virgie Simpson Baldwin. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one sister Bonita Mae Baldwin Sharp and one brother Leslie Edward Baldwin. He is survived by his wife Velma Cox Baldwin; two sons Thomas Paul Baldwin of Willow Wood, Ohio and Paul David Baldwin of Mt. Sterling, Ohio; one daughter Lorie Gail May of Hanging Rock, Ohio; step daughter Deborah Kessler of Logan, WV; step son Christopher Michael Cox of Ohio; four loving sisters Rosie Brammer of Bowersville, Ohio, Brenda (Gus) Burcham of Willow Wood, Ohio, Linda Moore of Ashland, KY and Barbara (John) Perego of Chesapeake, Ohio; five loving brothers Charles (Connie) Baldwin of Gallipolis, Ohio, Billy (Norma) Baldwin of Patriot, Ohio, Jerry (Clara) Baldwin of Chesapeake, Ohio, Richard (Mickey) Baldwin of Dayton, Ohio and Roger Baldwin of Dayton, Ohio; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews; and a host of church friends. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Thursday, March 31, 2016 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio by Pastor Charles Turley. Burial will follow in Perkins Ridge Cemetery, Willow Wood, Ohio. Visitation will be held 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at the funeral home.
