Funeral services for Hazel Lois Pickett, 71, of Evadale will be 2:00 pm Tuesday, April 5, 2017 at Farmer Funeral Home with interment following at Morse Cemetery in Buna. Visitation will be 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm Monday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Pickett passed away April 2, 2016 at Baptist Hospital in Beaumont.
Hazel was a native and lifelong resident of Jasper County. She was a homemaker.
She is preceded in death by her parents C. J. and Edna Prine, husband Bud Pickett, daughter Terri Croft and grandson Brandon Croft.
Survivors include daughter Kim Dryden of Evadale; step daughters Lynette Williford, Patricia Fannett, Debra Haynes and Renee Evans; brother Ricky Prine of Buna; sisters Alice Day, Mary Varela and Leora Ivey all of Evadale; grandchildren Kimber Dryden, Jessica Sessions and Hunter Rossi; great grandchildren Braylie, Brayden, Tryce, Remington, Colt, Kinsley, Case and expecting another great grandson soon and numerous step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
