Harold Copley, Sr., 77, of Huntington, WV passed away Wednesday April 13, 2016 at Cabell Huntington Hospital, Huntington, WV. He was born July 28, 1938 in Omar, WV to the late Oliver Anderson and Verna Romans Copley. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son Harold Gene Copley, Jr.; a grandson Pietro Alderigi III; a granddaughter Kimberly Joy Copley; sister Evelyn Saunders; and two brothers Billy Copley and Willis Clyde Copley. He is survived by his wife Linda Oiler Copley; three sons Roger Copley of Huntington, Brad Copley of Heath, Ohio, and Cody Wells of Ceredo, WV; one daughter Nancy Alderigi of Gallipolis, Ohio; nine grandchildren; one great granddaughter; one brother Jimmy Copley; one sister Janice Dillow; several nieces and nephews, and his faithful companion Shiloh. He retired from the Gallia County Highway Department. Visitation will be held from 6 to 7 p.m. Saturday April 16, 2016 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio followed by family expressions at 7 p.m. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/hall.
