Jimmy Joe Grimmett Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1958 - 2016 Jimmy Joe Grimmett, 57, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away Friday, April 22, 2016 at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington, WV. He was born May 31, 1958 in Mann, WV son of the late Sylvia Workman Akers and Wyatt Grimmett and step dad Lewis Akers. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a son James “Jimbo” Grimmett and grandchild Jazzmine Triplett. He is survived by five children Veronica (Justin) Grimmett Robertson, Wanda Denise Miller, Joshua Grimmett, Robert Grimmett; his girl friend RoseMary Mays; step children Melissa Mays (Leonard) Monday, Michelle Mays and Jennifer Mays; grandchildren Monique Fetty, Robert Fetty, Jordan Fetty, Tyler Grimmett, Nathan Grimmett, James Grimmett, Haylee Insco, Shaylon Michael, Alex Thacker, Jacob Monday, Justin Monday, Jayden Monday, Isabella Monday and Lilly Ann Monday. Jimmy enjoyed the flea market, fishing and spending time with family and friends especially his many grandkids and many more adoptive grandkids. Private family services will be held. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio is assisting the family with arrangements. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/hall.
