Debbie Kay Mills, 60, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away Saturday, April 23, 2016 at Holzer Medical Center, Gallipolis, Ohio. She was born April 14, 1956 in Charleston, WV daughter of the late Ray and Omah “Rosie” Lucas Lovejoy. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Charles Eugene Mills; and two siblings. She was a member of the Apostolic Life Cathedral Church, Huntington, WV. She is survived by three children Mary Ellen Prince, Lois Renay Reed and Bobby Gene Mills; six grandchildren; and three siblings Linda Moore, Virginia Pollock and Charles Lovejoy. Private family services will be held. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio is assisting the family with arrangements.
