Esther Fay Cotton, 85, of Huntington, WV passed away Tuesday May 3, 2016 at The Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House of Huntington, WV. She was born July 26, 1930 in Clarksburg, WV to the late Carl and Mary Elizabeth Weaver Carnes. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Clifford Cotton; her son Donald Lee Cotton; her daughter Vickey Elaine Cotton; and granddaughter Elizabeth Grace Cotton. She is survived by one sister Mary Fitzer of Ashland, KY; one brother Marion Lester Reed of FL; sister-in-law Eva Hughes of Chesapeake, Ohio; two grandchildren Kimberly Dawn Griffith and Donald Charles Cotton; and several nieces and nephews. She was a member of Second Presbyterian Church, Huntington, WV. Funeral service will be conducted 1 p.m. Saturday May 7, 2016 at Second Presbyterian Church by Pastor David Richards. Burial will follow in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville, WV. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the Church.
