 Steven Eric Mooney 71, of Huntington WV passed away Friday May 20, 2016. He was born August 16, 1944 in Huntington WV to the late Cal Richard and Lois Hope Mooney. He was preceded in death by his youngest brother Timmy Mooney. He is survived by his daughter Debbie Hamrick (husband Rodney) of Westerville, Ohio; son Kenny Mooney (wife Jessica) of Huntington, WV; grandchildren Shelby and Casey Hamrick and Briana and Samantha Mooney; three sisters Sharon Johnson, Jackie McHale and Robin Hussey and two brothers Dave and Terry Mooney. Steve was a talented printer and artist. He loved singing karaoke in the Huntington area and had many fans that liked him and they always clapped. The family will receive friends 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, May 26, 2016 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio. Rest in peace Steve- I only met you once, but really enjoyed your Karaoke performances. What I really remember was how much Brenda enjoyed working with you and respected you so much. I will most certainly miss you- see you soon brother!!

There are no words to describe how empty my world will be without my brother, Steve. I understood him like only a Sister can. He was a artist, a printer and a liver of music. He was a loner and so cared about the plight of those less fortunate. This world has lost a very humble soul!
