Jim Wagoner Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1952 - 2016 Jim Wagoner, 63, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away Saturday, June 4, 2016 at The Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington, WV. He was born September 6, 1952 in Huntington, WV. He was preceded in death by his parents Edward and Marie Wagoner. He is survived by his wife Donna Wagoner; three nephews William Wagoner, Jeff Wagoner and Devlin Wagoner. There will be no services. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio is assisting the family with arrangements. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Donna to help with expenses.
