Elaine  SmithA Memorial service for Alice Elaine Womack Smith, 68, of Silsbee will be 7:00 pm Friday, June 17, 2016 at Wiley Mae Community Baptist Church.

Mrs. Smith passed away June 16,2016 at Silsbee Oaks Health Care.

Elaine looked forward to the day that she would be reunited with her husband of 50 years, David Alexander Smith.

Born in Port Arthur, Elaine had lived in Silsbee since 1992. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Smith was a member of Wiley Mae Community Baptist Church. Elaine had a special place in life and touched the lives of so many, with her outgoing loving personality she never met a stranger. Elaine was a mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Sister and friend to anyone and everyone in need.

Elaine had a natural gift to bake and cook for her family. God blessed her with all the abilities

to show her greatest love and passion through her soul food to our hearts.

Elaine is preceeded in death by her husband David Alexander Smith of 50 years,her mother and father Claude and Jackie Womack.

Survivors include Sons Ronald W.Smith of Dallas, Donald W. Smith and wife Christi of Silsbee

D. Adam Smith and wife Kay of Silsbee, Daughter Buffie L. Smith - Wilke and husband Buddy of Silsbee,

sister Edith Mitchell and husband Jerry of Palestine,Diane Wolford and husband Freddie of Nederland,Linda Leger and late husband Kenneth of Fred,

Brothers Kenneth Womack and wife Jannet of San Antonio, Bobby Womack and wife Vicki of Nederland;

10 Grandchildren, 6 Great Grandchildren with another on the way. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews as well as countless cousins.

Adam I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your parents both so close I could not imagine All I can say is she could not go on without him my prayers are with you and your family
