Funeral services for Wanda Lee Pointer Flowers, 82, of Beaumont will be 11:00 am Saturday, June 25, 2016 at Farmer Funeral Home in Silsbee with interment following in R S Farmer Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm Friday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Flowers died June 19, 2016 at Harbor Hospice in Beaumont.
A native of Elgin OK, Wanda was a long time resident of this area. She was employed by Temple-Inland, where she worked as their insurance agent until retiring.
Mrs. Flowers is preceded in death by her parents, Rubin L and Julia Hendricks Pointer and her husband Dan Jessie Flowers.
Survivors include her son Danny Lee Flowers and wife Deborah of Beaumont; brother Roland Pointer of Elgin OK; sister Julia Marie Ritter of Arlington; grandchildren Chris McKown, Tiffani McKown and Shay Ryan and great grandchildren Christian McKown, Meagan McKown, Darren McClain,
Dylan Herndon and Tyler Douglas.
Mrs. Flowers will be missed by her loving family and her many friends.
