Brenda Faye Russell, 59, of Barboursville, WV, passed away June 23, 2016. Funeral services will be conducted at noon June 26, 2016, at Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville. Burial will be in Chattaroy Cemetery. She was born August 10, 1956, in Chattaroy, WV, a daughter of Mattie Smith Cosner of Barboursville and the late John Dee Smith. She is survived by her fiancé Ray Layman; one daughter Joanie Roach; one son John Lynn Davis; three sisters Crystal “Sissy” Smith Mounts, Phyllis Thacker, and Patricia Fernandez; three brothers Greg Smith, John Smith, and Steve Smith; Issac Maynard whom she thought of as “Bubby”; and four grandchildren Melanie Roach, Aralynn Roach, Willow Williamson, and Weston Williamson.
