He was born November 15, 1961 in Nelsonville to the late Wilbur C. Blatt and Sharron K. Barnhart Gildow. He is survived by a daughter, Morgan A. Jones-Blatt of The Plains and a sister Debi L. Blatt of Douglasville, GA; and extended family. A private service will be held by the family. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio is assisting the family with arrangements.
