Funeral services for Leslie Eden Johnson, 56, of Silsbee will be 10:00 am Wednesday, August 24 at Farmer Funeral Home with interment following at Fellowship Cemetery in Warren. Visitation will be 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm Tuesday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Johnson passed away Friday August 19, 2016 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont.
Leslie was a native of Palestine, Texas and a longtime resident of Silsbee. She was a truck driver.
Survivors include her father Clinton Vineyard of Jasper; mother Mary Elizabeth Hulin of Fred; husband Donald Johnson of Silsbee; son Jason Lacognata of Houston; daughter Jennifer Lacognata of Houston and brother Christopher Vineyard and wife Milana of Houston.
