Regina Marie Smith, 68, of Culloden, WV, passed away September 1, 2016. She was born June 9, 1948, in Huntington, WV, a daughter of the late Delmer Burger and Eleanor Cullen Burger. She was also preceded in death by her brother David Burger. She is survived by her husband Robert Smith; one daughter Terra Osborne-King; and step-daughter Megan L. Smith. Graveside services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday, September 6, 2016, at Valley View Memorial Park, Hurricane. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/wallace.

Regina was my cousin. I used to spend nights in Culloden with heras a child. I regret time and distance separated us as adults but my heart goes out to her husband and daughter.

Regina is my cousin. Her grandmother and my mother were sisters. I can remember spending the night at her house as a child and regret her loss. May she rest in peace
