 Mary Rosalee Ragland, 78, of Milton, went home to be with her Lord on Friday, September 9, 2016 at her residence. She was born April 5, 1938 in Logan, W.Va., a daughter of the late Crawford and Pauline Bradshaw. She is also preceded in death by one sister, Patsy Smith and one granddaughter, Amber Hickman. She is survived by four daughters and sons-in-laws, Eppie Elkins (Chuck), Kim Bailey (Rodney Harrison), Kathy Wilson (Mike) and Kelly Lewis (Willie Duke); one sister, Leona Adkins (Don); nine grandchildren, Jason Elkins (Jenny), Ashley McDaniel (Marty), Brandy Thompson, Adria Barnett, Cameron Lewis, Logan Lewis, McKenzie Lewis, Cody Wilson and Jessica Wilson and 14 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton with Pastor Chuck Elkins and Larry Jackson officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Memorial Park, Milton. Friends may visit one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Rosie is blessed with a very loving family. Even though there was distance between us I thought of her often and she was always in my heart .She will be missed , my deepest condolences to family. Randy

Always remember that my aunt Rosalee was the most beautiful woman that I had ever seen. Her smile always lit up the room. My mother and her were a real hoot when they were together. I will miss you Sissy.
