Reoma Kay Kelley, 75, of Willow Wood, Ohio passed away Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at Cabell Huntington Hospital, Huntington, WV. She was born July 15, 1941 in Ironton, Ohio daughter of the late David and Evelyn Duty Kinstler. She is survived by her husband of 54 years Wayne Kelley; one son David (Glenna) Kelley of Willow Wood, Ohio; two daughters Becky (Rick) Higgins of Kitts Hill, Ohio and Trena (Paul) Combs of Kitts Hill, Ohio; eight grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; one brother Darrell (Patty) Kinstler of Franklin Furnace, Ohio; one sister Brenda (Dallas) Tibbs of Kitts Hill, Ohio; several nieces and nephews; and special fury friend Kelley. She loved spending time with her family. A private family graveside service will be held. There will be no visitation. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio is in charge of arrangements. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/hall.
