In loving memory of Mildred Hannah Perry, 75, of Louisa, KY, who passed away October 4, 2016 at Ashland, Ky, beloved mother, grandmother, and homemaker. She loved cooking, sewing, fishing, camping and spending time with family. She was born September 20, 1941, in Huntington, WV. She was a member of Warfield Church of God. She was preceded in death by her mother, Flora Hannah Davis; one son Archie Edward Perry Jr.; brother, Daniel Hannah; and two grandchildren, Daniel Perry and Jess Perry Jr. She is survived by four children, L. Patricia Statesman of Chillicothe, Ohio, Cathy and Glen Edwards of Thomasville, NC, Carl and Michelle Perry of Thomasville, NC, and Jess and Heather Perry of Louisa, KY; eight grandchildren, Patrick Statesman, Brittany R. Edwards, Shawn M. Edwards, Joshua E. Edwards, Jessica Perry, Ryan Perry, Alexander Kagen, and Danielle Nicole Rudy; two great-grandchildren, Melanie Rose Perry and Emma Rose Bowen and one unborn great-grandson; and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday October 7, 2016 at Warfield Church of God, Warfield, KY, by Rev. Kenneth Gore and Chaplain Randy Tate. Burial will be at Hannah Cemetery, Big Laurel Branch, Kermit, WV. Visitation will be from 6 to 10 p.m. Thursday at Warfield Church of God.
