Paul Jennings Murray, 86 of Thelma, KY, formerly of Barboursville, passed away Sunday, October 9, 2016 at his residence. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 pm Friday, October 14, 2016 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens. He was born October 22, 1929 in Huntington, a son of the late Walter and Lake Erie Irene Adams Murray. Paul was preceded in death by his wife of over 50 years, Clara Jean Black Murray. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Sharon and Jimmy Midkiff of Apple Grove, WV; one son and daughter-in-law, Paul Timothy and Veronica Murray of Prestonsburg, Ky. one sister, Virginia Burks of Port Crane, NY; three grandchildren, Shauna Tackett (John), Benjamin and Coltin Midkiff; great-grandson, Landon Tackett and great-granddaughter, Makenzie Midkiff. I didn't know Paul Murray but I work with his daughter Sharon and his gradnson Ben at Cracker Barrel Sharon is a server and so is Ben and I'm a Dishwasher but way before I started working there I knew Sharon cause my grandparents would always go down there to eat and they would ask for Sharon to be their server and I got to know Ben when I started working at Cracker Barrel but I just wanna send my condolences to Paul Murray's family and I just wanna say I'm sorry for your loss

pop,s tell mom hi for us .. i will always cherish the last few month,s we had together .. I will always remember you calling me @ all hours about crazy stuff .. lol but that was you .. like a kitten freezing in july .... Even our last conversation was crazy ,, but i do know how sick you really was ... I could go on & on ,, but i wont .. until we meet again .... your son & family ..
