Albert Henry Hannon, 84, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away Thursday, October 13, 2016 at Abbyshire Place, Bidwell, Ohio. He was born February 17, 1932 in Huntington, WV son of the late Lee and Rosie Hughes Hannon. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Lorenna M. Hannon; three brothers; and two sisters. He retired from Steel of WV, was a member of Proctorville Masonic Lodge #550 F & AM and also was a U.S. Army Veteran. He is survived by his wife Maxine Hannon; two sons Greg (Jeannetta) Hannon of Scottown, Ohio and Gary (Melanie) Hannon of Proctorville, Ohio; five grandchildren; four great grandchildren; one sister Judy (Bruce) Hedricks of Huntington, WV; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Monday, October 17, 2016 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio by Pastor Jerry Galloway. Burial will in Rome Cemetery, Proctorville, Ohio. Proctorville Masonic Lodge #550 F & AM will conduct masonic rites. Visitation will be held 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Monday, October 17, 2016 at the funeral home. I am so sorry to hear about Albert's passing. He was like a 2nd dad to Dave & me when we were growing up. I know that Dad's happy that he's finally reunited with his best buddy. Due to Mark's health issues, I am unable to attend the funeral. Please know that all of you are in my thoughts.
