Shirley Jean McCallister Kinnard, 77, of Milton, passed away Wednesday, October 26, 2016. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, October 29, 2016, at the Wallace Funeral Home, Milton. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Mud River Road, Hamlin, WV. She was born September 26, 1939, in Logan County, a daughter of the late Homer and Allie Dakota Barnett McCallister. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sons, Bobby and David Kinnard; one sister, Genive Workman, and five brothers, Clinton, Paul, Joe, Verlin, and Donald McCallister. She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Cheryl and Terry Spencer and Alicia “Lisa” and William R. Anderson III; five grandchildren, Josh, Zachary and Samual Spencer and Alex and Emillie Anderson; and four great-grandchildren, Kohnor David Spencer, Keyhan Michael Spencer, Peyton Spencer and Darci Ann Anderson.
