Charlena May Smith, 74, of Barboursville, W.Va., passed away Friday, December 30, 2016. She was born November 30, 1942 in Putnam County, a daughter of the late Charles and Olive Marie Becker. She is also preceded in death by one son, Phillip; one granddaughter, Justina Smith; two sisters, Alberta Spears and Myrtle Bailey. She is survived by her husband Kenneth Eugene Smith; two daughters, Rebecca Smith and Nancy Pollard both of Barboursville; one grandson, Dakota Smith of Barboursville and two granddaughters, Alexandria Smith and Erin Mayo; one sister, Marsha L. Stark of Barboursville and one brother Charles M. Becker of Pine Bluff, Ark. Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville with Rev. Earnest Earl officiating. Burial will follow in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville. Friends may visit one hour prior to the service on Tuesday.
