Funeral services for Lucille Prine Whitistt, 86, of Silsbee will be 10:00 am Tuesday, January 3, 2016 at Farmer Funeral Home with interment following at Morse Cemetery in Buna. Visitation will be from 9:00 am until time of service on Tuesday.
Mrs. Whitsitt passed away December 31, 2016 in Silsbee.
Lucille was born in Evadale and a resident of Silsbee. She was a homemaker.
She is preceded in death by her parents John and Rosie Prine; husband William Taylor Whitsitt; son Dan Lee Whitsitt and sister Della Mae Sylvester.
Survivors include son William Edward Whitsitt and wife Cassy of Hemphill; daughter Carolyn Parker and husband Ray of Silsbee; brothers J. W. Prine of Mississippi and James Prine of Broaddus; sisters Lee White of Broaddus, Frances Patterson and Myrine Prine both of Silsbee; seven grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
