Lana Darlene Spears Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1966 - 2017 Lana Darlene Spears, 50, of Huntington, WV passed away Thursday, January 5, 2017 at home. She was born October 22, 1966 in Huntington, WV daughter of the late David and Connie Stewart Spears. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a son Shawn Michael Rowe; and twin brother Leslie David Spears. She was employed at River Park Hospital. She is survived by one sister Sharion Spears; two brothers Jeffrey Spears (Valerie Huffman) and Gregory (Alicia) Spears; one niece Katelyn Spears; one nephew Jacob Spears; and many special aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. Monday, January 9, 2017 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio by Pastor Richard Hart. Burial will follow in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville, WV. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. I would like to express my condolences I met Lana when she dated my brother in law. She was really kind to me and I will never forget the times that we spent together in the trailer when she would cook and feed me. She will be sadly missed. Mrs Patricia (Tony) Howad

Lana will be missed. It sounds silly but I will remember her getting the recreation department kitchen utensils to make popcorn balls for Christmas. And providing table cloths at the last minute for a Christmas Dinner. Praying for the family.
