Chase Daniel Sims, 21, passed away on January 3, 2017 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Huntington, WV, surrounded by his loved ones. Chase was born in Huntington, WV on January 9, 1995. He is survived by a huge, loving family who include his Children: Khyler C. Sims, Zayden K. Bartram and Carlee Tyler, Mother: Traci M. Reed, Father: Daniel R. Sims, Brother: Trey A. Sims, Sisters: Mikayedan Sims & Akira Haun, Grandmother: Carol A. France, Grandparents: Ronnie & Debby Sims, Uncle: Mike Sims, Cousins: Jayse and Jordan Sims, Reagan and Kyleigh Tate, and many, many more. Chase’s loved ones also extended beyond family. People who he loved just as much as his family, includes Charley Myers, who Chase loved like a father and his one true love, his soul mate, Plesheat Chapman. He is preceded in death by his Grandfather “papa”: Gary L. Reed and Uncle: Michael B. Reed. Services will be held Friday, January 13, at Hall Funeral Home, 625 State Rt. 775, Proctorville, OH 45669. Services for family will begin at 1:00 p.m., 2:00 for friends, 3:00 for the funeral ceremony. Burial service will be at Miller Memorial Gardens. “We loved him a lot, but God loved him more”
