Tommy David Moore, 64, of Edmond, Okla., formerly of Ashland, passed away Saturday, Jan. 14, 2017, in Integris Edmond Hospital. He was born April 4, 1952, in Ashland, a son of Joann Johnson Moore of Ashland and the late Tommy Moore. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by infant siblings, Darrell and Beverly Moore. Tommy retired from the Oil and Gas industry. He was a 1970 graduate of Paul G. Blazer High School and a 1976 graduate of University of Kentucky. He was a member of Ashland Air Explorers and Kentucky Gas Association. He enjoyed skiing, golfing, traveling, Kentucky Wildcats and most of all his family. In addition to his mother, those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife of 36 years, Teresa Martin Moore of Edmond; a daughter, Cayce Smith and husband Travis of Edmond; a step-son, Jason Kemper of Lexington; a brother, Don Moore and wife Angi of Greenup; a niece, Beka Moore of Greenup; and two beloved grandchildren, Lillian and Annabelle Smith. Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Friday, Jan. 20, 2016, at Steen Funeral Home - 13th Street Chapel in Ashland with words of comfort by Tom Stephens. Burial will be in Ashland Cemetery.
