Richard Earl  SarverRichard Earl “Coach” Sarver, 70, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away Monday, January 23, 2017 at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington, WV. He was born April 28, 1946 in Huntington, WV son of the late Paul and Kathleen Wells Sarver. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a son Richard Earl Sarver, Jr; and two brothers Jerry Sarver and Larry Butch Sarver. He retired from Huntington Realty Corp. and was a U.S. Army Veteran. He is survived by his wife, Tayna Sarver; three sons Jeff Sarver of West Salem, WI, Chris (Leona) Sarver of Proctorville, Ohio and Anthony (Summer) Sarver of Proctorville, Ohio; eight grandchildren Jared, Madyson, Hunter, Lily, Kaden, Logan, Jacob and Kameron; one sister Julia (Robert) Smith of Hanging Rock, Ohio; and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Friday, January 27, 2017 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio by Pastor Mike Boling. Burial will follow in Dock’s Creek Cemetery, Kenova, WV. Proctorville V.F.W. Post 6878 will conduct military graveside rites. Visitation will be held 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, January 26, 2017 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to assist the family. we were blessed to have uncle richard in our lives. i will see you again uncle richard. i love you. tell jesus and bobby i love them. god bless aunt tayna and the family. i love you all. so many happy childhood memories of visiting uncle richards family.
