Michelle Lynn Walters, 48, of South Point, Ohio passed away Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at KDMC, Ashland, Ky. She was born November 8, 1968 in Huntington, WV daughter of Ellis Rowe and the late Betty Rowe. In addition to her father she is survived by two children Katrina Walters and Johnathan Ellis Walters and their father John Walters; and her boyfriend Chuck Travis. Funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. Friday, January 27, 2017 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio. Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery, Proctorville, Ohio. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/hall.

So so sorry. Wish I was able to spend more time with her and get to know her better. I had a great time when ya'll came to Mom & Dads that one night. Praying for all of her family she has left behind. She's in a much better place that we are and someday we will be reunited again.
